The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel was in a convenient location for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a good value for money. Plus, the hotel had free Wi-Fi available throughout the building, which was a nice touch.
The hotel lacked any real character or charm, and the decor was quite dated. the rooms were quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to relax and feel comfortable.

Location
Did not realise it was also part of Back packers. Room was not very clean and it was stuffy. could not open the window. Lots of noise from the street below.

Compact yet comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic value for money breakfast are the best aspects of this hotel. Plus, the location is perfect - quiet but within walking distance of popular attractions and amenities.
The hotel split our group into different floors, which made head counts difficult and disturbed other guests. the smoking area was smaller than advertised due to the installation of a children's play area.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of Dublin. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Temple Bar and close to the DART station, making it easy to explore other attractions. the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations for tours and transportation. the breakfast offered great value, included in our stay. We especially enjoyed the full Irish breakfast. the hotel also had a smoking area and free WiFi throughout.
The decor in the communal areas and rooms could use some updating.

The lady on reception was lovely
The gentleman on reception was as much help as a chocolate tea pot. Grumpy is possibly a compliment to him!
